Fuel prices shown in the app are sourced from public government fuel-price data feeds and may be delayed, incomplete, or out of date. Bowsr does not guarantee the accuracy of any price shown, and prices should be confirmed at the station before purchase.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bowsr and its developers are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app or the data it displays.

Changes to the app or these terms

We may update the app or these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
